Users have a variety of options when it comes to billing. This section of the manual will outline the setup for billings, the creation of billing invoices, and any other billing related options. This section will also cover the Billing Tools module, where you can manage your billing from one central grid.

Invoicing_Information - This section covers the invoicing information in the client profile
Change Info for Customs Docs & Billings - Managers can change this name/address/phone/fax information in the System Administration menu. Click the Billing tab on this screen to enter/edit information to appear as the remit to on the billing invoices.
Adjust a Bill Status - Managers will also have the ability to unlock a bill that has been locked or exported previously.
Edit Billing Notes - The system allows managers to add/edit universal billing notes, which will appear on each billing invoice.
